1-Data collection

Only data enabling us to manage all aspects of your order are requested from you (basket, payment, order preparation, delivery, opinions or requests for information and advice on your order).
We collect your personal data ourselves, in a transparent manner, at key moments in our relationship with you (creating an account, placing an order, requesting information etc...). The data that you provide us with are only intended for BASIC Cosmétiques.
We undertake never to disclose, rent or transfer your personal data to any third party whatsoever. The subcontractors we employ may process some of this data but they do so on behalf of BASIC Cosmétiques, in accordance with our instructions and with an obligation of absolute confidentiality.                                                                                                   
You will find in your customer account, all the personal data that we have at our disposal. You can consult and modify them at any time. You can ask for the deletion of your data by contacting us at (except those that we must legally keep such as invoices, payment confirmations...). 

 2-Payment information

Payment data is exchanged in encrypted mode and stored only by our partner Stripe and is never in the possession of BASIC Cosmétiques.


If we have received your agreement when you registered, you will receive newsletters by e-mail to keep you informed of our news and to let you discover new articles.
You can stop receiving our newsletters at any time.
To do so, simply click on "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the newsletter you received by e-mail.
Once this is done, we will update your profile to ensure that you no longer receive newsletters.

4-Conservation of information

Your information will be kept for the life of your account.
On the other hand, beyond 3 years of inactivity on your BASIC Cosmetics account, we will proceed to the deletion of your account and your personal information except for the information that we must legally keep to avoid any litigation, fraud, etc....
